I loved the book Life As We Knew It by Susan Beth Pfeffer

I've recommended it to a bunch of teens. It's about a meteor hitting the moon and pushing it closer to the earth. That moon is more than just a pretty ball in the sky. It affects tides and causes volcanic eruptions which results in floods and ash blocking the sun. I'm really excited because Pfeffer's next book, The dead and gone, has just come out and I have it!!! I'll let you know if it's as good as the first!
