Checking out some recipe books and...

I've decided that from time to time I should post some recipes that I plan to try.
So, here goes:
Banana Bread -- YUM!
1 1/4 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup butter/margarine/vegetable oil
2 very ripe bananas
2 eggs

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix the dry ingredients.
Put the rest of the ingredients in a blender and let'er rip!
Pour the banana mixture into the flour mixture and stir.
Pour the batter into a well-greased loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
And, good luck!
