Want to be an MHL "volunteen" this Fall?

Students in grades 6 through 12 are welcome to apply to be a "volunteen" this Fall. Volunteens will be working in the Book Buddies program, assisting younger children with their reading. The volunteens will be meeting Tuesday afternoons from 3:30pm to 4:30pm, beginning October 4th.

To apply to become a volunteen please email the following information to teen librarian Kim Lynn at klynn@mhl.org:
1. Your name
2. Address
3. Phone number
4. Age
5. Grade
6. School
7. Parent Name
8. Parent email address
9. Please write at least two sentences about why you would like to be a volunteen and what experience (volunteen/babysitting/etc) you have.

Remember, the volunteens will be meeting on Tuesday afternoons from 3:30pm to 4:30pm. Unfortunately, if that time does not work for you then you will not be able to be a volunteen this semester.
